Welcome to Sunup Solar Store (https://sunupsolar.store), located at Office No. 2511, 25th Floor, Grand Square Mall, Centre Point, Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Sunup Solar sells solar inverters, lithium-ion batteries and solar panels, and provides technical guidance to help you choose a suitable system. We are a supplier of genuine products sourced through authorized channels, based in Lahore.
2. Products and Pricing
- Authenticity: We sell genuine products from brands including Solis, Inverex, Huawei, Growatt and Dyness. Each unit comes with the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Pricing: All prices are in PKR. We may cancel an order affected by a pricing error, for example from a technical fault or a sudden market change, and will refund any payment already made.
- Availability: Stock levels can change. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you with options or a full refund.
3. Orders and Cancellation
- An order is confirmed once we contact you by phone or WhatsApp.
- You may cancel before dispatch by contacting us on 03096700180. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed.
- For high-value orders, we may ask for phone confirmation before dispatch.
4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery. Payment is due in full when the order is received.
5. Delivery
- Where we deliver: We primarily serve Lahore, and also deliver to Karachi, Islamabad and other major cities.
- Timing: Lahore orders are delivered same-day or next-day. Other cities typically take 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic or stock.
- Secured packaging: Items are packed in protective packaging with a security seal.
- Inspection on arrival: Please check the seal and packaging before accepting. If the seal is broken or the crate shows signs of impact, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
- Risk of loss: Risk of transit damage stays with us until the order is delivered and accepted. Once you sign for the order with the seal intact, responsibility passes to you. If damage is discovered after signing, report it within 24 hours (see Section 7).
- Failed delivery: If nobody is available to receive the order, we will contact you to rearrange. Repeated failed deliveries may lead to cancellation.
6. Warranty
- Manufacturer warranty: All products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty length depends on the product and brand.
- How to claim: Contact us with your invoice and the product’s serial number. Bring the unit to our Lahore office or ship it to us, and we will handle the claim with the manufacturer or its authorized service channel.
- What voids the warranty: Modifying the hardware, breaking factory seals, incorrect installation, or electrical surges beyond the rated capacity.
- Technical guidance: Our support is advisory. We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party installers or by configurations that differ from our guidance or the manufacturer’s instructions.
7. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Because of the nature of high-power electronics:
- Change of mind: We do not accept returns once a unit has been unboxed or its factory seal is broken.
- Dead on arrival or defective units: Report any dead-on-arrival or defective unit within 24 hours of delivery, with photos or video of the unit and packaging. If the report is approved, we will replace the unit. If no replacement is available, we will refund the full price.
- Refund method: For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer using the account details you provide.
- Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, Sunup Solar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of energy production or business profits, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products. Our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Privacy
We collect your name, phone number, email and address to process orders and provide support. We do not sell your information.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time you place your order applies to that order.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.
