1. Scope of Service

Sunup Solar provides a specialized e-commerce platform for Tier-1 solar technology, including inverters, lithium-ion batteries, and solar panels. We operate as an authorized retailer and technical facilitator based in Lahore, Pakistan.

2. Product Authenticity & Pricing

Authenticity: We guarantee that all products (Solis, Inverex, etc.) are 100% genuine and sourced through authorized channels.
Pricing: All prices are listed in PKR. While we strive for accuracy, Sunup Solar reserves the right to cancel orders arising from “pricing errors” caused by technical glitches or rapid market fluctuations in the solar industry.

3. The “Sunup Secured” Shipping & Delivery

Our logistics protocol is designed to protect fragile, high-value solar components.

Geographic Scope: We primarily serve the Lahore region with specialized same-day delivery, and offer insured transit to Karachi, Islamabad, and other major cities.
Risk of Loss: Under the Sunup Secured Delivery Promise, the risk of transit damage remains with us until the point of delivery. Customers must inspect the “Security Seal” and crate integrity upon arrival.
Acceptance: Once a delivery is signed for and the security seal is acknowledged as intact, the responsibility for the hardware transfers to the buyer.

4. Warranty & Technical Support

Manufacturer Warranty: All products are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Sunup Solar acts as your local facilitator for these claims in Lahore.
Technical Commissioning: Our “Expert Support” is advisory. Sunup Solar is not liable for damages caused by third-party installers or incorrect DIY configurations that fall outside our guided commissioning parameters.
Voiding Warranty: Modification of hardware, breaking of factory seals, or exposure to electrical surges beyond rated capacities will void all warranties.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of high-power electronics:

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for “change of mind” once a unit has been unboxed or the factory seal is broken.
Defective Units: If a unit is found to be “Dead on Arrival” (DOA), it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for a priority replacement.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sunup Solar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of energy production or business profits) resulting from the use or inability to use the products sold. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
