Yes. Every Solis and Inverex unit comes with a verifiable serial number and a manufacturer's warranty. We don't sell grey-market or B-grade stock.
We repack hardware in shock-absorbent secondary crates with our "Sunup Secured" seal. In Lahore, our own team delivers it, not a third-party courier.
Lahore: same-day or next-day. Other cities: typically 3-5 business days via insured logistics.
Our on-grid and hybrid inverters come with the technical documents you need for a net metering application. We can also refer you to certified installers in Lahore.
Bring or ship the unit to our Lahore hub and we manage the manufacturer's claim. Returns are accepted within 24 hours only for dead-on-arrival or defective units, not once seals are broken or the unit is installed.
