1. Authenticity & Products

Are your products (Solis, Inverex, etc.) genuine?

Yes, 100%. We only stock Tier-1, factory-certified hardware. Every Solis and Inverex unit we sell comes with a verifiable serial number and a manufacturer’s warranty. We do not deal in grey-market or “B-grade” inventory.

Can I visit your office to see the hardware?

Absolutely. We encourage it. You can visit our Lahore Hub at Office No. 2511, Grand Square Mall. Seeing the hardware in person helps you understand the build quality before making a significant investment.

Is the Solis 6G series better for my home than the 5G?

The 6G series offers enhanced monitoring and slightly better efficiency in high temperatures. However, the 5G remains a robust, cost-effective workhorse. Our engineers can help you choose the right model based on your specific load and budget.

2. Shipping & “Sunup Secured”

How do you ensure my inverter doesn’t break during delivery?

We use our “Sunup Secured” protocol. This means your hardware is removed from standard boxes and placed into engineering-grade, shock-absorbent secondary crates. For Lahore deliveries, we use our own dedicated team rather than third-party couriers.

What is the delivery time for Lahore vs. other cities?

Lahore: Same-day or Next-day delivery.
Other Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): Typically 3–5 business days via insured specialized logistics.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

We take full responsibility. If the “Sunup Secured” seal is broken or the crate shows signs of impact, do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately, and we will dispatch a replacement unit at no extra cost to you.

3. Technical & Net Metering

Do you provide Net Metering support?

All our on-grid and hybrid inverters are NEPRA-approved. While we are an e-commerce store, we provide the technical documentation required for your Net Metering application and can refer you to certified installers in Lahore to manage the paperwork.

What is “Remote Commissioning”?

If your local electrician is unsure how to configure the inverter software or WiFi stick, our Lahore engineers can jump on a video call to guide them through the process. This ensures your system is set up according to manufacturer standards.

Which battery is best for my inverter?

We specialize in Lithium-ion integration (LiFePO4). Brands like Dyness and Soluna work seamlessly with our Solis and Inverex range. We provide the specific communication cables and BMS settings to ensure your battery and inverter “talk” to each other perfectly.

4. Warranty & Returns

How do I claim a warranty if something goes wrong?

You don’t have to call an international number. As your local Lahore partner, you bring the unit to us (or ship it to our hub), and we manage the manufacturer’s warranty claim process for you.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 24 hours only if the unit is “Dead on Arrival” or has a manufacturing defect. Due to the sensitive nature of high-voltage electronics, we cannot accept returns once the factory seals are broken or the unit has been installed.
